I sent a text message to two of my best friends one random day in late 2015 (phone has been reset since then and it has been deleted) but the gist of the message said that I was feeling very mediocre in my life at the time and I was tired of that feeling. I asked them to hold me accountable when it comes to living my best life and not just settling for less than I know I deserve and what I want. Fast forward to now and lately I have been evaluating how I have been living and in a lot of areas I feel like I have been living very mediocre. I have been taking the pieces of my life that I have vowed to be fearless in and grow in this year and rating where I am now versus where I want to be. So I have been planning, I’ve been planning (Beyonce voice and beat) and I plan to no longer live mediocre.
I had a lot written about this but recently my pastor pretty much preached on this today so no longer walking in a spirit of mediocre but of excellence. It completely blows my mind how my journal entries or conversations come right before his sermons and nope I don’t talk to him on a regular basis. But anyway, I am excited about the plans that are coming together for Simply My Purpose and I just wanted to pop in to let you guys and gals know that I am still here. I am still working and I am building some amazing things for Simply My Purpose. I honestly had to take a step back to make sure this is where God is calling me. I appreciate all of your kind words and encouragement through out this journey. I pray that you all stay tuned for more to come. God is doing some EXCELLENT things in my life and the lives of those around me right now and it is all going to be a crazy amazing story.
